Chocolate Buckwheat Cake

I have some happy news to share today. Gluten is back! I got some test results back yesterday and I am not gluten intolerant, I don’t have celiac’s disease, and I no longer have any reason to be gluten-free. Yipee!! And I got some other GREAT news yesterday as well that might solve my two+ year saga with stomach pain, which means I can start eating gluten again AND feel good. Pretty much the best news ever. But the point of all of this is – gluten is BACK. The heart and soul of this here baking blog is BACK. I’m thrilled! I still have a few gluten-free recipes to share, and still plan to make gluten-free recipes from time to time – mostly just to use up all the super duper expensive ingredients I bought, but also because I appreciate the challenge of crafting tasty gluten-free recipes. That being said, I saw a lot less friends stopping by my little bloggy corner of the blogosphere when I was sharing gluten-free recipes all the time, so for most regular visitors, the reintroduction of gluten = happy news.
